Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar area, and a tv. The staff even helped me with a wake-up call on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will return for Christmas.

health hazard, poor condition, unprofessional communication
The state of the bathrooms could vastly improve!!! It's unsettling to encounter dirty conditions upon entering a room!!! A little more attention on maintaining basic hygiene standards would do wonders!!!

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Coventry, had much fun and met excellent and amicable staff on shift. The location was perfect and magnificent, close enough to GOOD area, and the view was good. I truly enjoyed this well-maintained and well priced hotel and would love to go back.

The best bit of the stay was the breakfast and checking out we will not be staying there again.
Hotel under refurbishment and this was not mentioned when we booked the room. Carpet not hoovered in the bedroom, cups dirty only rinsed under tap, water still in them. Long dark hair on bathroom floor not been washed. No sleep throughout the night was put next to the lift.Went to the bar at 10.15pm no staff around, one local lady called down to reception to say they had customers. Went to the bar again at 11pm only to find no staff all grills locked down on bar, no last orders called again same lady called to reception to ask what time they closed and told we where waiting. When staff arrived I asked what time they closed to residence and was told it was 24hrs bar.Service was very poor all over the complex.

Poor service, Construction work going on and generally dirty.I had to pay an extra £10 in addition to the price stated on the web.
